Enactus approached Cirklo with the idea of creating a new innovation model for Mexico in which the young people that are part of the initiative could have the necessary tools to develop social entrepreneurship projects with high economic, social and innovation impact.
We understood the needs and challenges of the process, as well as the short, medium and long-term visions of the project’s users and key actors. We summarized the information and mapped the challenges and opportunities of the process within an experience map.
Subsequently, we designed the methodology, learning model and key tools. The final stage was a follow-up and validation phase, carried out a year after the implementation.
We created the handbook “My Social Business Journey” inspired by a trip. It is structured as a “stage & gate” process, where students explore landscapes and learn about the development of their entrepreneurial projects. The goal is to complete the trip by filling out the learning postcards in each level.
“Cirklo has a great way of giving meaning to things. They’re able to set processes in place so ideas can be carried out. They’re very good at narrowing down a thousand ideas into activities.”
